In order to strengthen its teams, Banque Raiffeisen Alpes Riviera Chablais Vaudois is looking for a versatile, rigorous and service-oriented person to ensure the technical, operational and security management of its banking infrastructures.

• Ensure the maintenance and management of infrastructure, as well as the coordination of internal and external service providers.
• Guarantee the availability of consumables necessary for the proper functioning of the sites.
• Ensure management of computer equipment (software - hardware): PCs, screens, servers, keyboards, headsets, etc.
• Ensure the management of security systems, in particular: employee access management, video surveillance, burglary detection and alarm systems, as well as fire safety.
• Ensure management of ATMs: internal coordination, communication, orders, returns, management of matches, breakdowns and internal accounts linked to ATMs.
• Participate in on-call duty on a rotating basis every other week.

Anforderungen

• Driving license required.
• Professional experience in ATM management desired.
• Good knowledge of security systems.
• Sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good technical knowledge in the fields of infrastructure and buildings.
• Comfort in using IT tools.
• Organizational skills and good administrative skills.
• Autonomy, rigor and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to effectively coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
