- Advanced training in banking economy or finance with a confirmed experience (8-10 years) in customer counselling, including a solid managerial practice within a financial institute;

- a strong understanding of the issues of distribution and market development;
- understanding the needs of different segments, openness to digital and ability to drive change; a high level of responsibility, ethics and risk.
