Policlinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, one maternity, with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In all, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced in its walls for more than 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with incredible views of the mountains and the lake, the Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.

We are looking for for our services of Pôle Plaie and Stomatherapy of the hospital of Morges one(e):

Nurse (H/F) at the Plaice Pole and 80% Stomatherapy

YOU MAY

• A B.H.S. in nursing or a recognized CRS nursing degree
• Post-graduate training (CAS or DU) in Plaice and Cicatrization, or a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of acute and chronic wounds with the desire to form.
• A training course for a stomatherapist or the willingness to be trained in this field.
• An expert posture and clinical autonomy
• A great autonomy while knowing how to work in interdisciplinarity
• Ability to communicate positively and constructively

OBJECTIVES

• Develop care objectives with the patient, his or her relatives, the interdisciplinary team, based on the data collected and taking into account a comprehensive therapeutic project.
• Provide wound care and healing expertise to service nurses, physicians and other stakeholders
• Provide quality care in terms of technical and relational care, therapeutic education, counselling and support for stomatal patients with external fistula and/or continence disorders
• Cross-sectional intervention throughout the institution, in outpatients and at home, in interprofessional coordination
• Contribute to the harmonization of care practices in these specific areas and participate in the development of projects carried out
• Work in partnership with the Stomatherapy/Wound Pole team and the medical-care teams at our five hospital sites, internally and externally, at home, in collaboration with the Fondation de La Côte.
