Policlinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, one maternity, with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In all, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced in its walls for more than 150 years. 100% (M/F) Paediatric Nurse - CSD

In order to strengthen our service for a specific mission until the end of May 2027.

YOU MAY

• A diploma in nursing HES, or foreign equivalent recognized CRS
• A successful experience in a similar function in neonatology or in the service of pediatrics or paediatric emergencies with PALS, an asset
• Flexibility and availability to work day and night as well as the week and 2 weekends per month.
• Polyvalence and excellent stress management allowing you to evolve on our three paediatric poles (emergency, paediatric service, neonatology)
• High communication and listening skills and a sense of multi-disciplinary team work

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the sorting of patients aged 0 to 16 in non-vital emergencies.
• Take care of paediatric emergencies, in hospital service for patients aged 0 to 16, as well as premature and term babies.
• Anticipate, plan, organize and provide quality care with goodwill and dexterity
• Develop personalized care goals with the child, his or her loved ones, the multidisciplinary team, based on the data collected and taking into account a comprehensive therapeutic project
• Assess the clinical status of children systematically and continuously.
• Develop personalized care goals with the child and his or her relatives based on the data collected.
