Nurse / ASSC for our Staff Pool, 10% to 100% The site of Plein-Soleil in Lausanne is a unique place of life and care in the canton of Vaud. Nurse / ASSC for our Staff Pool
Your mission
Depending on your training and skills, you will be responsible for:
- Provide care and support to residents in daily living, taking into account their needs and abilities.
- Contributing to the maintenance of autonomy, comfort and well-being of accompanied persons.
- Participate in the implementation and follow-up of individual projects of care and support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality management.
- Ensure the transmission of information relevant to continuity and security of care.
- Adapt yourself to the needs of the service and contribute to the smooth functioning of the teams.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor of Nursing degree or an SWC from ASSC, or an equivalent recognized designation for the position.
- You show interest in the field of neurology and accompanying people with progressive neurological diseases or brain damage.
- You show autonomy, flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility.
- You appreciate teamwork and have good relationship skills.
- You are a committed, caring and caring person.
