As a specialist inspector at the Office de la consommation (OFCO), attached to the Department of Agriculture, Sustainability and Climate and Digital Affairs, you are working on consumer protection and food safety and the usual objects in its task of monitoring the industrial sector on a cantonal scale.
You plan and coordinate inspections, samples and interventions and conduct investigations and recommendations.
In close collaboration with the relevant authorities and partners, you contribute to continuous improvement, quality assurance and the sharing of expertise within the inspection sector.

- Knowledge of different food technologies and standards, cantonal, federal and international laws and ordinances on foodstuffs and common objects and their good practice guides
- Mastery of the procedures of appeal and criminal denunciation of food law and excellent knowledge of the quality management system and ISO 17020, 17025 and 22716 standards
