Main responsibilities
- Weiterentwicklung des Internal Control Systems (ICS) für alle DACH-Gesellschaften gemäß Konzernvorgaben
- Sicherstellung der Segregation of Duties (SoD) inkl.
- Prüfung und Monitoring kritischer Berechtigungen in ERP-Systemen
- Durchführung interner Kontrollen und Audits (Reviews, Stichproben, Prozessanalysen, Dokumentationsprüfungen)
- Identifikation finanzieller Risiken sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Schulung und Beratung der Finance-Teams zu ICS-Standards, Compliance-Anforderungen und Prozessqualität
- Erstellung von Reports, Audit-Follow-ups und Management-Updates
Key requirements
- Ansprechpartner:in für interne und externe Prüfer Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance, Accounting, BWL oder vergleichbar
- 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Internal Controls, Audit, Finance oder Risikomanagement
- Erfahrung im Industrie- oder Produktionsumfeld sowie in der länderübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit (DACH) von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Finanzprozessen, Rechnungslegung und ICS-Frameworks
- Analytische, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Durchsetzungsstärke und interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insb. Excel und PowerPoint)
- Kenntnisse in Tagetik und Qlik Sense von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse What we offer you
