Indirect Purchasing Category Expert Manufacturing — Audemars Piguet

Under the responsibility of the Indirect Purchasing Manager, your main mission will be to manage indirect purchases for Manufacture (Machines, Tools and MRO). In this context, your activities are:

• Participate in developing strategies for your category in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Set targets for optimising annual costs while ensuring an action plan, ensuring quality service within the time constraints and assessing contractual risks
• Support the various departments during the tender process, conduct the negotiation phases and assess financial performance (TCO)
• Take part in all stages of contracting (with establishment of SLA & KPIs) and will be a support in case of dispute with suppliers in case of non-compliance with agreed contractual terms
• Initiate continuous improvement, performance management and risk management projects
• Analyze market trends in order to seek new suppliers by ensuring technological, economic and environmental aspects
• You have a university degree in Purchasing or Business Administration
• You justify an experience of at least 7 years in a similar position, Ideally, you have a prior experience of 5 years in an industrial environment
• You have proven experience in the management of category d
• You are recognized for your strong negotiating and communication skills
• With a common sense of responsibility, you are flexible and able to manage complex situations.
• You are used to working in project mode, which are both bold and ambitious
• You are recognized for your proactivity with a real team spirit and have a sense of service
• You have perfect knowledge of French and English What we offer:
