Full description
As part of a replacement, the Digital and Information Systems Directorate of Vaud State is seeking an IAM Security Specialist for a fixed-term mission, from 18 January to 31 July 2027. Are you a specialist in information systems security and have strong expertise in digital identity and access management (DIA)? Do you want to put your skills at the service of the information systems of the cantonal government of Vaud and contribute to the protection of its digital data and infrastructures? Join our team and participate actively in strengthening the security of the cantonal information system, managing risks and continuously improving identity and access management processes.
- Security of information systems and IAM: contribute to the implementation of the strategy and standards of security architecture, identify risks and recommend appropriate protective measures.
- Identities and Access Management: Manage, coordinate and administer the various digital identity and access rights re-certification campaigns, process IAG (Identities and Access Governance) media requests and help improve associated processes.
- Risk management and compliance: participate in the operational implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), notably in accordance with ISO 27001, as well as in risk assessment and treatment.
- Supporting projects: providing security expertise when developing or acquiring IT solutions, assessing security requirements and contributing to the integration of protection measures.
- Advice and awareness: to support teams, advise specialists and raise awareness of information security risks and good practices among collaborators.
- Technology Watch: monitor the evolution of threats, technologies and security standards, and then share relevant information with the teams involved. - Federal computer patent or equivalent title.
- At least five years of experience in the field of information systems security.
- Experience in managing digital identities and account and access life cycles.
- Practical experience with an IAM solution and in managing authorizations and access rights.
- Experience in administration and management of Active Directory and MS Exchange objects.
- Good general knowledge of computer security: networks, applications, databases and middleware.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ideally experience in its implementation and maintenance of compliance.
- Knowledge of safety standards and standards such as CIS Controls and NIST.
- Knowledge of Linux, LDAP and PowerShell; familiarity with the EasyVista environment is an asset.
- A postgrade in information security and CISSP certification are desired.
