What you do
- You actively support the sales force throughout the sales process and thus contribute to joint success
- As a central contact person, you will answer professional and technical questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual lives, accident, sickness and BVG
- You support our private and corporate customers by telephone, in writing and personally with great competence and commitment
- With a sense of individual needs, you develop customized concepts and solutions
- Together with the team you actively shape the market development and sales promotion
- You accompany our learners in everyday work and promote their professional and personal development.
What you bring
- Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience with an all-sector insurer
- Good knowledge of corporate banking is an advantage
- Enjoying direct customer contact and a pronounced service orientation
- Sales-oriented thinking and enthusiasm for the development of individual customer solutions
- Efficient, solution-oriented cooperation with the field service and relevant departments
