Main responsibilities

- In this role, you support our HR team in the challenging and varied phase of the integration of Helvetia and Baloise.
- With your contribution, you ensure that our HR processes are implemented efficiently, professionally and customer-oriented.
- Support of the HR team throughout the entire employee lifecycle, e.g. drawing up employment contracts, confirmations, certificates and other documents
- Assumption of tasks related to the merger of Helvetia and Baloise
- Maintenance and management of personnel data in HR systems, including mutations
- Support in the recruitment process as well as for entry and exit
- Processing of mutations and HR requests from employees, managers and external bodies

- Your assignment in HR is temporary until 31.12.2027
- Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus Careful, structured and reliable workflow
- Very good user knowledge of MS-Office programs; SAP is an advantage
