Main responsibilities
- Around the entry and introduction of new employees, you keep the threads together – from stage and introduction programs to trial time talks
- Wedding, birth, family allowances and other personal administrative topics you work independently and reliably
- In training management, you take on responsibility and coordinate training and further education, language courses as well as necessary proof and approvals
- You ensure correct time and absence management and carry out regular checks
- With HR evaluations and key figures you get an overview and support the HR team and the managers in recurring controlling topics Profile:
- You have a commercial education in your pocket – ideally supplemented by further training in the personnel sector
- Independently you organize your tasks, set the right priorities and keep an overview of a wide range of topics
- The unforeseen does not get you out of peace so quickly: you remain flexible, think solution-oriented and also master a dynamic environment
