Hospitality Experience Coordinator — Audemars Piguet

Under the responsibility of the Manager Hospitality Coordinator, you are responsible for designing the planning, coordination and final quality of the customer experiences offered in the Brassus Experience. You manage end-to-end visits and act as a single point of contact for internal teams, partners and markets. You guarantee a smooth and impeccable experience, make the necessary decisions in real time, arbitrate the requests of the markets and intervene directly to correct or adjust when necessary.

Your main activities will be

• Design and coordinate tailor-made visit programs tailored to different client profiles and markets
• Build smooth and consistent paths ensuring an exceptional experience from end to end
• Anticipate visitors' needs and integrate personalized attentions to enrich their experience
• Ensure the full preparation of visits, including planning, stakeholder coordination, reservations, logistics and associated administrative follow-up
• Daily coordination of internal teams, external partners and different service providers to ensure the impeccable execution of visits
• Conduct visits in real time, ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and effectively manage unforeseen events
• Be the preferred contracting interlocutor for the planning, monitoring and arbitration of claims
• Ensure administrative and budgetary monitoring of visits, maintain the piloting tools, schedules and indicators necessary for effective planning of activities
• Ensure a level of excellence in quality, service, confidentiality and attention to detail at each stage of the journey
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the experiences proposed by analysing returns, adapting programmes and developing new initiatives
• You have a training course in the luxury hotel industry, you have a first experience in a similar role or have done significant internships.
• You have a good knowledge of the standards of luxury, hospitality with a perfect mastery of its codes, hospitality and service
• Your integrity and adaptability are real assets for this position
• You are organized, rigorous, flexible and available
• You have a very good relational sense ensuring the best service to our customers in order to create a real experience for them
• You are collaborative with a real team spirit and have a sense of service
• You have perfect command of French and English
