We're looking for a

Home Family Physician (M/F)

YOU MAY

• A federal title of specialist in general internal medicine or a title deemed equivalent, recognized by MEBEKO, as well as a registration in MedReg (diploma of doctor and post-graduate degree).
• A strong interest in family medicine, home care and overall patient support.
• An excellent capacity to work as an interdisciplinary team and to collaborate with the various players in the care network.
• A strong sense of organization, autonomy and responsibility.
• Strong relationship skills, attentive listening and caring approaches for patients and their loved ones.
• A spirit of initiative and interest in knowledge sharing and the development of medical practices.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Provide comprehensive and personalized medical follow-up to patients at home, outside emergency situations, taking into account their needs and environment.
• Focus on community-based medicine, fostering human management and a trusting therapeutic relationship with patients and their loved ones.
• Ensure continuity and quality of care in collaboration with health professionals and network partners.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary approach to home care and co-ordination.
• Depending on your aspirations, exercise a mixed activity combining home consultations and practice in a medical practice.
