More than 200 adults with disabilities live in the EPI WohnWerk – and you can accompany them in their everyday life.

Here no day is like the other: exciting, sometimes challenging, but always varied.

Main responsibilities

  • You work permanently in a residential group and support the residents in everything they need – from personal care to free time.
  • You learn medical-technical tasks: directing medication, checking vital signs, administering tube food, taking blood.

Company and context

  • You also get involved in organization and logistics – e.g. when ordering food or materials.
  • You plan and design leisure activities.
  • Your trainee accompanies you step by step. Requirements A degree Sek A, Sek B or 10.
  • School year (at least 16 years old at start).
  • The pleasure of working with people with disabilities – you have sniffed the best.
  • Team spirit, responsibility, empathy and desire to work practically.
  • Openness to irregular working hours. We offer:
  • 3-year training as a specialist / health specialist EFZ (possible with professional qualification).
  • Learning workshops with other learners.
  • Internships in various areas of the Epilepsy Foundation.
