Key requirements

- experience in the conduct of a team of consultants and specialists in free passage and foresight management,
- experience in participating in Provident Foundation Boards,
- excellent understanding of processes related to foresight, with good knowledge of the 2nd and/or 3rd pillar,
- good relational ease, leadership and determination to develop new external and internal relationships,
- excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills, critical mindset, result orientation to achieve business and business transformation challenges,
- perfect mastery of French, another German or English language, an asset.
