- For our medical technology department, which is responsible for the operational readiness of the medical technology devices and systems in the hospital center, we are looking for a head of medical technology 80-100% as of 1 November 2026 or by agreement.
- Professional and personnel management of the Medical Technology Department, which is responsible for medical technology in the hospital and its external locations Ensuring the availability of all medical equipment through targeted planning of maintenance, replacement and new acquisitions Planning and coordination of maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, controls, revisions and optimizations of medical technology Implementation and ensuring compliance with standards, directives and legal regulations (e.g. medical device regulation, IEC standards) Communication and cooperation: contact person for his own area of expertise, close cooperation with other departments, cooperation and coordination in projects Taking over every day care, including readiness and weekend services, to ensure the fast and effective correction of technical problems or emergencies in hospital operations Basic technical training (e.g. medical technology or electrical engineering) with further studies in the relevant area (medical technology, biomechanics) Several years of professional and managerial experience in a comparable position in medical technology, ideally in the hospital or service sector Positive and appreciative leadership style, as well as pronounced communication strength Very good knowledge of the relevant medical technology standards, legal standards, guidelines and specifications, as well as experience in practical implementation (MepV, MPG, IEC standards) Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to problems, as well as experience in the management of technical projects organizational talent, resilience and the ability to work in a dynamic environment language skills: mother tongue German or French, at least.
