The Justice de Paix of the district of Lausanne, which employs more than 50 magistrates and collaborators, is seeking a Chief Chancellor at the Registry of the Litigation.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the litigation registry.
- Organize the activities of employees, the distribution of their work and the monitoring of cases at all stages of the proceedings.
- Act as a referral to file managers.
- Address particularly complex issues by mastering business processes and procedures in the field.
- To participate in the proper functioning of the Office by representing the Registry in coordination meetings with management and other members of the Office.

- Commercial employee's SWC, or any title deemed equivalent.
- Professional practice of 8 years in the judicial administration, studying lawyer or notary.
- Public service and stress resistance.
- Good editorial skills and excellent spelling, self-employment under the responsibility of the line manager.
- Knowledge of common computer tools, speed, rigour, accuracy and discretion.
- Team management experience As part of the recruitment process, applicants will be required to submit an extract from the prosecution register and a criminal record of less than 3 months.
