Role overview
We are looking for a person in charge of the Business Information System and the Business Information System.

Under the responsibility of the Trade Relations Officer (RM), define the vision and strategy for the development of the business IS to meet the strategic and operational challenges of the beneficiary services and the institutions concerned.

- Experience in managing and directing IT projects.
- Management of several major (or complex) projects in a similar environment (public administration or large enterprise).
- Master's degree in information systems or equivalent.
- Experience in urbanization of information systems.
- Have carried out projects such as modelling and optimisation of processes, or the development of master plans of information systems.
- An experience, or otherwise a strong interest, in the field of education and training in Switzerland, and a sensitivity to the functioning of public or parastatal institutions.
- Technical knowledge and infrastructure are a strong asset.
- Stress resistance, patience and pedagogy.
