- For the professional, personnel and organizational management of our dedicated laboratory team, we are looking for an agreement within the scope of the succession planning as a result of retirement.You are looking for tasks
- Professional, personnel and organizational management of the laboratory team (biomedical analysts, intern:in) at the Burgdorf site, together with your representative – with an esteemed, communicative and authentically shaped management understanding
- Ensure a smooth and efficient laboratory operation around the clock (24/7) in a poly-valent working environment in the following Areas: haematology, clinical chemistry, hemostase, immunohematology, microbiology and POCT
- Guarantees plausibility of all analyses of ful-gasate and evaluation and release of laboratory values
- Ensure the functionality of the analytical devices at any time or ensure equivalent processing of the samples.
- Monitoring quality management and promoting positive error culture through prevention-oriented error management
- Responsible for resource-efficient service and deployment planning as well as participation in night, weekend and piket service as required
- Organising the training, promotion and further training of new employees and interns
- Further development and optimization of processes, methods and laboratory information technology as well as future-oriented management of equipment
