As an all-branch manager, you will play a key role in actively supporting our brokers in the establishment of offers, monitoring and development of business relationships. You will join their efforts to achieve a common goal: customer satisfaction.

Your main mission will be to establish comprehensive offers for our agency brokers. In addition, you will ensure the essential link between these services and our specialized services.
Thanks to your organizational and relational skills, as well as your ease in administrative tasks, you will prepare offers, process proposals and develop the relationship with your broker partners.
In collaboration with your colleagues, you will help create the ideal conditions for optimal business processing.

- Training as a business employee
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in the private insurance sector
- Personality who loves human contact and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and pragmatically
- Authentic, empathic and endowed with an excellent sense of relational
- Willing to continuously develop and enrich its technical skills in a proactive manner
- Mastery of IT tools

Your occupancy rate is negotiable from 80%.
To perform this function, the Insurance Supervision Act provides for the training of AFA insurance intermediary, non-life profile and life. If this certificate is not available, we will be happy to help you by organizing tailored in-house training.
