- CFC d'employé·e de commerce, ou tout titre jugé équivalent, idéalement complété par une formation en comptabilité.
- Module 1 du Certificat de formation générale à l'exécution forcée ou éventuellement titulaire du test Apprenti·e OPF avec engagement à suivre le module 1.
- Expérience de 2 ans dans les poursuites et/ou faillites idéalement au secteur de la comptabilité.
- Des connaissances de l'environnement propre à l'activité judiciaire et du programme SAP seraient un atout.
- Bonne résistance au stress et aptitude à communiquer dans un contexte difficile
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, discrétion, précision, rigueur et autonomie.
- De nombreuses possibilités d’évolution professionnelle et de formation continue existent au sein des Office des poursuites et des faillites.
- Dans le cadre de la procédure de recrutement, les candidat·e·s seront amené
- s à présenter un extrait du registre des poursuites et du casier judiciaire de moins de 3 mois.
