Mission With more than 100 apprentices training in a dozen professions, EPFL is a training company in its own right.
Whatever the apprenticeship chosen at EPFL, apprentices carry out their professional training in an extraordinary, multinational environment, made up of research laboratories in fields as varied as engineering, exact sciences and architecture.
In order to strengthen and enrich the training of apprentice computer scientists and computer operators, EPFL is developing a school laboratory dedicated to them.

- Main tasks and responsibilities
- Train the IT apprentices during the first year, in particular on the operational and infrastructure aspects
- CFC of IT specialist at least, ideally operations & infrastructure orientation; an ES, HES engineering diploma would be a plus

Main responsibilities

- Train the IT apprentices during the first year, in particular on the operational and infrastructure aspects
- Support the trainer responsible for the school laboratory in the following aspects:
- Monitoring of the training plan, training objectives and exams
- Monitoring of administrative and academic aspects (absences, grades, etc.) Monitoring of TPIs
Key requirements
- CFC of IT specialist at least, ideally operations & infrastructure orientation; an ES, HES engineering diploma would be a plus

- Cisco, Windows + Linux server; ability to train apprentices on these tools pfsense knowledge,
- ability to set up network infrastructure + diagramming. Good knowledge of professional training Interest in apprentice training
