Main responsibilities
- You take over the professional and personnel management of your 2–3 employees and ensure a smooth process in day-to-day business
- The deployment and holiday planning of the fleet team is in your hands
- You coordinate service and maintenance work with internal and external service providers and even carry out small repairs on trucks and vans.
- Vehicle mobility and road safety are important to you
- For new and replacement procurements, you take on an active role and accompany technical and administrative tasks around the vehicle fleet.

- The maintenance and organization of the company premises, the place arrangement and the regular vehicle inspections are in your area of responsibility.
- When it’s on fire, you are there – you coordinate the maintenance of the home technology and together with your team ensure the reliable execution of pikett and Saturday services
- As a contact person for internal and external offices, you coordinate the relevant processes around fleet, vehicles and infrastructure Profile:
- You have completed vocational training as a truck mechanic, road transport specialist or have an equivalent education
- You already have the truck ID and the driver ID Cat.
- C in your pocket, ideally also Cat. CE
- The safe use of modern means of communication (e.g.
- MS Office) as well as your good knowledge of German make you strong in communication
- Reliability, flexibility and the willingness to give full throttle even in stressful moments set you apart
- As a service-oriented personality, you’re ready to take care of piquetting services
