Role overview
Within the Enterprise Jurisdiction Centre, you investigate preliminary applications and establish rules for independent taxpayers and legal persons. In this context, you conduct interviews with taxpayers and/or their agents. You also work with different sectors of our service and set guidelines for the entities concerned. Finally, as required, you participate in internal or external working groups. In particular, your activity is characterised by the wide variety of issues to deal with in all business taxation and the possibility of deepening your knowledge in each new case.
- To investigate the applications for a preliminary ruling and to establish independently the rules relating to independent taxpayers and legal persons.
- Ensure efficient and independent processing of applications for preliminary rulings.
- Providing technical and legal support as a reference in the field of direct taxation
- Conduct tax legal research and analysis to provide advice
- Conduct ad hoc work
- HEG or HEC Master's degree or Master's degree in law or tax expert degree or equivalent
- CSI training – level 2a and 2b and desired financial accounting or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in tax, fiduciary or legal matters
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capacity
- Good editorial skills
- Good understanding of German
