Debt collection, rental rights and debt management are exactly your thing? Then a versatile task awaits you with a lot of personal responsibility, exciting contacts and the opportunity to actively shape processes. We look forward to your application! Tasks: • Responsibility for the collection of dunning and rental interest on real estate portfolios in Western Switzerland in an overarching technical function • Independent implementation of all debt collection measures (in particular recovery, dismissals and expulsions/issuances) in compliance with the rental law and the Debt Recovery and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) • Processing and management of loss notes and monitoring of outstanding claims • Independent correspondence with tenants, authorities, offices and other external bodies • Technical support for real estate management in all aspects of dunning as well as in the event of dismissals and expulsions outside the actual debt collection process • Cooperation in the preparation, control and release of the monthly reminder run • Audit, management and monitoring of amortisation and payment arrangements • Assumption of deputies within the dunning and debt collection team • Cooperation in the continuous optimisation of debt collection and dunning processes Requirements • Basic commercial training completed • Several years of professional experience in debt collection, debt management or accounting, ideally in the real estate industry • Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law as well as debt collection and bankruptcy law (SchKG) • Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of Garaio REM is beneficial • Very good knowledge of German and French in word and writing • Independent, structured and exact working method • assertiveness, communication strength and pleasure in dealing with different stakeholders We believe in cooperation on equal terms, mutual trust and people who want to take responsibility.
