What you bring
- Risk assessment, pricing and premium calculations, risk subscription for the daily sickness benefit, LAA and LAA-C branches
- Establishment of offers and insurance policies
- Analysis of profitability, branch risks and portfolio data
- Conduct of medical and technical risk examinations
- Definition of acceptance guidelines, coverages and conditions
- Processing of call for tenders / broker requests
- Definition of premiums and contractual conditions
- Assistance for complex customer solutions
- Contractual changes and transfers
- Implementation of renewal and remediation measures and implementation
- Processing of wage and premium declarations
- Technical support to brokers
- Participation in interviews with clients
- Advice on products and subscription directives
- Negotiation of contractual conditions
- Participation in product and process improvement

Your profile
- Higher education, preferential insurance
- Several years of professional experience in the field of subscription of personal insurance (health/accidents) for the brokers channel
- Good knowledge of social and personal insurance
- Strong analytical and associative thinking capacity, high quality awareness
- You have a good sense of negotiation, you're customer-oriented and broker-oriented and you know how to handle pressure and make decisions.
- You're a team player and you're willing to work as a team
- You take into account interpersonal dynamics and contribute to constructive and objective-oriented collaboration
- You know how to organize yourself, you act proactively and show confidence and anticipation in your actions and determine the right priorities
- Excellent mastery of computer tools (MS-Office, including Excel, etc.), knowledge of the software "Syrius" is a serious asset
- Excellent mastery of the French language, as well as ease of writing; good knowledge in German desired
