What you bring

• Professional expertise: Thanks to your experience in insurance consulting, with a specialization in foresight and finance, you have perfect control of the sector and its products. You advise our clients, prepare financial and retirement plans, accompany and train our advisors and customer advisors, animate training and are the reference person for all issues related to foresight.
• Market analysis:You conduct market analysis and develop prospecting strategies to identify and seize development opportunities in the fields of foresight and finance.
• Development of the activity Planning and Finance :You participate from the beginning in the creation and development of our business around insurance and banking solutions (e.g. wealth management or investment funds) in the fields of foresight and wealth. You are also responsible for planning marketing actions, implementing them and monitoring results.
• Development of relationships: You have close relations with the advisors and customer advisors you accompany, the supporters in their success and actively develop your network within Helvetia as well as on the market.
• Teamwork: As a member of our community of experts in foresight and heritage, you are actively contributing to the development of the technical and commercial skills of these fields within Helvetia.

Your profile

• Professional expertise:You have a higher education or a recognized diploma as well as several years of experience in the insurance sector.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: You are enthusiastic, you know how to transmit your energy and you appreciate the challenges of creating and developing an activity. You like to collaborate with a variety of people.
• Excellent communication skills: You are comfortable in exchanges and know how to explain complex topics in a simple and accessible way.
