• The heart of the subject: as an expert in performance, you are the first contact person on our Lausanne site for complex issues of benefits that cannot be resolved in the context of day-to-day business or that require in-depth expertise.
• You advise and decide on a case-by-case basis.
• You have experience in making decisions that can be appealed and dealing with cases of medical civil liability or complex actuarial records.
• General questions that require knowledge and experience in the branch enrich your daily life.
• You link the different interfaces and also clarify medical and legal aspects.
• In particular, you are responsible for the Lausanne-Vennes site and you also collaborate directly with your colleagues at the Lucerne headquarters. On-site appointments in Lausanne (approx. one day a week in Lucerne) are a prerequisite for this position. What you bring
• Let's start with the main point: your years of professional experience in the area of health insurance benefits is the foundation of this exciting function.
• You know very well the area of LAMal benefits. And if you are also finished or are currently undergoing continuing training in the field of health and/or social insurance, it is ideal!
• You are bilingual and you speak very well in German, both in writing and in oral (mother tongue).
• The ability to work flexibly between Lausanne and Lucerne motivates you and enriches your professional daily life.
• For you, teamwork is not only about collaboration, but also about true cohesion. At the same time, you appreciate being able to act independently.
• Work flexibly: Adapts your work every year to your lifestyle, with opportunities for part time and other flexible models such as telework, to name but one.
