Expert Configuration & Asset Management — Audemars Piguet

As part of the strengthening of the IT Service Management team, we are looking for an Expert Configuration & Asset Management to sustainably improve the maintenance of the CMDB and IT assets and control activities related to this process.

You will evolve in an international environment with regular interactions with global teams and providers.

Joined with the Domain Lead IT Service Management, you will work closely with the Service Management, Infrastructure, Architecture, Applicative, Data and other IT teams. Your main tasks will be:

• Administer and guarantee the quality, consistency and completeness of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database), including through the operation and optimization of data from Service-Deltlandz
• Pilot the life cycle of IT assets (acquisition, monitoring, compliance, withdrawal)
• Supervising and optimizing the processes of the localisation and reliability of the data collected
• Define and maintain standards, data models and procedures related to Configuration Management
• Analyze CMDB inconsistances and pilot remedial plans with stakeholders
• Set up and monitor KPIs and dashboards (CMDB Health) to pilot performance
• Produce and analyse performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of IT processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support, train and align IT teams with ITIL good practices and established processes
• Contribute to IT audits and ensure compliance of assets and data
• To be a force for proposals in the definition and implementation of plans, improvement
• Advanced ITIL certification (Intermediate / Expert) or equivalent, and you have excellent mastery of the ITIL framework as well as a vision of the processes10M and the global challenges of the,IT
• Experience of at least five years in a similar position, you have acquired operational control of the Configuration & Hardware Management process management in complex environments
• Experience confirmed on Service-Linux (CMDB &zz), ease of using its full functionality to optimize Configuration and the asset management process
• Experience as a Process Terra in Configuration Management / Asset Management
• Experience in managing complex and multi-stakeholder IT environments
• Excellent communication capabilities, with a clear, synthetic and impact-oriented approach
• English essential current (international environment, teams in Asia)
• Analytical mind, rigour, ability to structure and drive change
• Are recognized for your natural leadership and your ability to train new arrivals, by sharing your knowledge with pedagogy and the German language
