Role overview
As part of the strengthening of the IT Service Management team, we are looking for a Configuration & Asset Management Expert to sustainably improve the maintenance of the CMDB and IT assets and related control activities.
You will work in an international environment with regular interactions with global teams and providers.
Reporting to the Domain Lead IT Service Management, you will work closely with Service Management, Infrastructure, Architecture, Applicative, Data, and other IT teams.

- Administer and ensure the quality, consistency, and comprehensiveness of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database), particularly through the exploitation and optimization of data from ServiceNow Discovery
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets (acquisition, monitoring, compliance, retirement)
- Advanced ITIL certification (Intermediate / Expert) or equivalent
- At least five years of experience in a similar role
Main responsibilities
- Administer and ensure the quality, consistency, and comprehensiveness of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database), particularly through the exploitation and optimization of data from ServiceNow Discovery
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets (acquisition, monitoring, compliance, retirement)
- Supervise and optimize Discovery processes and the reliability of collected data
- Define and maintain standards, data models, and procedures related to Configuration Management
- Analyze CMDB inconsistencies and manage remediation plans with stakeholders
- Implement and monitor performance indicators (CMDB Health) to drive performance
- Produce and analyze performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of IT processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Accompany, train, and align IT teams on ITIL best practices and established processes
- Contribute to IT audits and ensure compliance of assets and data
- Be a driving force in defining and implementing improvement plans Requirements
Key requirements
- Advanced ITIL certification (Intermediate / Expert) or equivalent
- At least five years of experience in a similar role
- Confirmed experience with ServiceNow (CMDB & Discovery)
- Experience as Process Owner in Configuration Management / Asset Management
- Experience in managing complex and multi-stakeholder IT environments Excellent communication skills Fluent English is essential
- Analytical mindset and ability to structure and drive change
