Profile
- Advanced training in events, communication, marketing, hotels or equivalent.
- Experience confirmed in coordinating and organizing business events.
- Excellent organizational and simultaneous management capabilities of several projects.
- Very operational, pragmatic and solutions oriented approach.
- Experience in managing external providers, agencies and partners.
- Good control over budgetary monitoring and administrative processes.
- Knowledge of SAP or other LES is an asset.
- Excellent relational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while working effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Availability for one-time travel and to intervene during events outside the usual timetable if necessary.
- Mastery of French and English, any other language constituting an asset.
