In a cybersecurity team, your main mission will be to play a central role in securing our IT and infrastructure, as part of the strategic strengthening of our cybersecurity capabilities. In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Piloting the definition, deployment and management of the security solutions (EDR, XDR, encryption, antivirus), while ensuring the compliance and hardening of Windows and Linux systems
• Develop advanced security standards for VDI workstations, servers and environments, relying on well-known 1-inch-boxes
• Supervise the global email security strategy, including implementation of DMARC, key rotation of the DIM, maintenance of SPF/BIMI records and fight against the usurpation of, identity
• Conduct regular security audits, analyse the DMARC forensic reports and contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the security posture of the organisation
• Piloting the project of Cybersecurity in close collaboration with IT and trade teams, from defining needs to implementing solutions
• Participate in technological monitoring, technical documentation, training and awareness-raising of the teams on best safety practices
• Incarnate a technical and strategic referral posture in an international context with high stakes of cyber compliance and resilience
• Proof of a 5 year minimum proven experience in the same field of activity, including the management of EDR/XDR solutions
• Mastering the Windows/Linux environment in security
• Have led or contributed to large-scale system hardening projects, including the implementation of the "Bard CIS", the management of GPOs and VDI security
• Mastering scripts (Power Shell, Bash), configuration management tools and show documentary rigour and sense of l, automation
• Have expertise in securing email infrastructures (DMARC,DKIM, SPF, BIMI), as well as in delivability management and anti-phi prevention.
• Have strong cyber security project management skills and be able to bring stakeholders together around a clear and results-oriented vision
• Know the standards of compliance (ISO 27001, NIST...) and integrate safety as a lever of resilience and performance
