THE INTENSIVE CARE SERVICE OF THE HOSPITAL RESEARCH

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Management of unstable adult patients
• Application of specialized treatments (invasive breakdown, continuous haemodiafiltration)
• Support the EPD SI practical training manager in the clinical and pedagogical implementation of practical training
• Conduct clinical teachings, support professionals in field training, document their progress, participate in assessments and evaluations on delegation, contribute to the development of clinical skills of the team

SKILLS – REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED

• Diploma of nurse HES or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Graduated intensive care expert EPD ES or recognized equivalent.
• Experience in clinical accompaniment or professional supervision.
• Recognized pedagogical training, practitioner training.ne trainer or title in the field of clinical training is highly desired
• High interest in knowledge transfer, clinical training and skills development
• A sense of priority
• Autonomy, teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Adapt easily to changes
• Ability to maintain calm and stress resistance
