THE RECEPTION SERVICE OF EHNV RESEARCH
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Information and guidance for patients and visitors
- Patient reception and administrative treatment of outpatient admissions and hospitalizations
- Management of administrative formalities in connection with our external providers
- Telephone centre management
- Management of cash transactions
REQUIREMENTS
- SWC or equivalent
- Mastery of common IT tools (MS Office) and knowledge of the specialized Opale program, would be an asset
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
SKILLS
- Being able to work independently and within a team
- Have a sense of hospitality, listening, communication and understanding
- Of a smiling and benevolent nature. e
- Have organizational sense and ability to set priorities
- Demonstrate flexibility, availability and openness
- Managing stress
- Good presentation
