Missions

• Contribute to the evolution of teams' delivery methods to improve their performance, efficiency and impact on business and users.
• Support teams in the adoption of new practices, the development of their skills and the anchoring of a culture based on collaboration, accountability and the constant search for progress.
• Align strategy, priorities, implementation and results with a pragmatic and impact-oriented approach.

• Simplify processes, fluidize workflows and strengthen operational excellence using Agile and Lean principles. - Establish data-Zal and visual (Obeya, KPIs, dashboards) steering mechanisms to promote fast and informed decision-making. - Encourage user-centric approaches, field observation (Gemba), customer empathy and process automation to improve user experience and service quality.

• Contribute to the transformation of priorities into tangible and sustainable results to realize the strategic ambitions of Digital / IT Client Solutions.

Profile sought - Rationale for at least 10 years of experience in managing IT organizations, project portfolios or functions.

• Strong customer and user orientation, with implementation of business-based approaches, field observation and/or user-centric design. - Mastery of governance, data-sel management, performance indicators and visual management tools (Obeya or equivalent). - Experience confirmed in budget management, business case construction, value optimization and strategic supplier piloting.

• Leadership skills, ability to federate multidisciplinary teams and support the growing maturity of organizations. - Excellent communication, influence and facilitation skills to interact effectively with operational and executive interlocutors.
