Role overview
The Domain Lead ERP is responsible for the overall management of the company's ERP application fleet. He/she ensures the proper functioning of the ERP and its satellite tools, the support to users, the conduct of the roadmap transformation of the ERP and the supervision of a dedicated team.
- You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance and evolution of the various applications, databases and servers of the ERP in collaboration with business analysts, developers and ERP administrators
- You will plan the ERP release cycle and the production
- You will implement monitoring tools and procedures, to detect and correct anomalies and malfunctions
- You will make business analysts and developers aware of good documentary practices around specific developments
- You will coordinate relations with ERP software publishers and external providers (TMA/Technical Support)
- You will perform a watch to identify existing and emerging technological solutions for ERP
- You will manage a team of internal and external collaborators
- You benefit from a confirmed experience of at least 8 years in a similar function, with significant exposure to complex IT environments.
