What You Do
- You are responsible for the proper management of accidents and occupational diseases for Western Switzerland and you have a lasting influence on the image of the Suva.
- In this function, you direct 4 sector leaders and indirectly about 280 employees on two hierarchical levels.
- You coordinate regional benefit management with key processes and ensure regular interaction with other case management frameworks.
- For your management team, you are the first contact person in case of change and define with them the appropriate measures.
- You bring your expertise on strategic topics and process development, thus helping to evolve the Suva.
- As a member of the Board of Directors of the Suva Clinics, you are involved in their strategic development in the health sector. What you bring
- You have taken a university degree (Bachelor/Master) or obtained an SWC supplemented by continuous DAS/MAS courses.
- Your confirmed experience in social or private insurance allows you to make an effective contribution in this role.
- You have already acquired management experience at several levels and consider yourself a coach and a think-tank.
- You master French at the mother tongue level and have good knowledge in German (at least B2-C1).
