- Assuming case responsibility and managing the entire care process, including needs assessments according to InterRAI-CMH
- Active cooperation with everyone involved in the care process

- In the psychiatry team independent planning and coordination of the various tasks and client assignments
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the department of psychiatry to meet the legal requirements in order to be able to make clarifications of needs independently
