Key Position Information

Reference : CLS/RH/2026.781 / Type of contract : Contract with maximum duration from February to December 2027 at 100% / Hours : according to schedule from Monday to Sunday from 9am to 6pm mainly (flexibility requested for continuous hours at the earliest at 6am and 9pm at the latest) / Date of entry : as soon as we find the right person, ideally on 1st February 2027 / Location : in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

For a few months' replacement, we are looking for a cooking room in dietetics ready to join our team. On a daily basis, you will prepare dishes adapted to the different diets of our patients while participating in the production at the different kitchen stations.

What will you do?

• Develop dishes and menus adapted to different diets, in collaboration with dieticians
• Prepare "à la carte" orders for patients and meals for various events at the Clinic and for the staff restaurant
• Put the patient's plates on the meal tray chain, ensuring quality and presentation
• Check and update diet menus in the meal control system
• Contribute to the training of apprentices
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards, including HACCP, as well as the cold and hot chain

A multicultural, dynamic and faithful team of 24 people who have only one motivation: to delight the palace of patients, doctors and collaborators. The slogan of the team: to please, the non does not exist.

In this position, you will join Chief Thomas Neeser's team. Driven by his passion for gastronomy, he has extensive experience in various starred gourmet restaurants and demonstrates proven professional and relational skills. Involved in the brigade, he brings to everyone his know-how in a serene atmosphere.

What do we expect from you?

The indispensables

• Cookery CFC supplemented by a CFC or Federal Cookery Patent in Dietetics or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of different diets and ability to meet their specific requirements
• Mastery of culinary techniques and ability to produce quality food in quantity
• Mastering food hygiene standards, including HACCP, and strict compliance with the cold and hot chain
• Autonomous, organizational sense, precision and ability to manage stress
• Team spirit and ease in collaboration with dieticians and the entire brigade
• Flexibility and availability to work on weekends and holidays
