Développeur d'organisation (f/h/d) — SRG SSR

Full description

The newly created SSR General Staff is responsible, in collaboration with the regional directorates and national domains, for the uniform management of all SSR staff tasks. This includes SSR conduct processes, business development, process optimization, legal issues, and management of SSR partners.

Your Mission

Within the Organization & Process team, your tasks will be as follows:

• development, initialisation and support of future-oriented organisational models, with emphasis on structure (organizational design),
• development and management of partial company-wide roles and organization charts,
• Analysis and prioritization of organizational change needs; continuous optimization of organisational and organ structures,
• advice to persons with a leadership role on organizational matters; support for strategic projects,
• participation in the implementation and development of corporate management.

Your profile

• HES diploma with proven experience in organisational development
• Strong technical knowledge of organizational management
• Knowledge of business process management issues
• Very good command of German and French, both oral and written, minimum B2 level
• A sense of communication, persuasion and convincing personality
• Analytical and conceptual capabilities; very autonomous, structured and reliable working method

Requirements

• Diplôme HES assorti d'une expérience avérée dans le domaine du développement organisationnel

• Solides connaissances techniques de la gestion organisationnelle

• Connaissance des sujets liés à la gestion des processus d'entreprise

• Très bonne maîtrise de l'allemand et du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, niveau B2 minimum

• Sens de la communication, force de persuasion et personnalité convaincante

• Capacités analytiques et conceptuelles; méthode de travail très autonome, structurée et fiable
