As an assistant, you assume the co-responsibility of the numbers - in terms of turnover, staff costs and stock of goods Required
Three or more years of professional experience: as head of service, sector or department in the retail trade is an advantage
Completed professional learning (AFP): in the retail (food) trade or related profession is an advantage
Love fresh produce and, ideally, have experience in this field
In good physical shape, some packages weigh up to 10 kilos
Ability to plan and organize tasks and a strong sense of key figures interpretation
Good computer, tablet and smartphone knowledge, rapid adaptation to other digital tools (e.g. for goods management)
