- Supports the head of department in the daily management of the department and in achieving the goals
- Represents the head of department in his absence

Main responsibilities
- Supports the head of department in the daily management of the department and in achieving the goals
- Represents the head of department in his absence
- Reviews, tracks and updates the department’s most important data, in particular revenues and time tracking data
- Ensures optimal use of materials and raw materials according to recipes and specifications
- Verifies and ensures compliance with the specifications and quality standards of the department
- Oversees and manages the procurement of raw materials
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Collaborates with the various production areas and jumps in at other workplaces if necessary Requirements
- Basic vocational training, ideally in the food sector Experience in food production
- Training for the butcher or sausage manufacturer or experience in the field of sausage products is advantageous Experience leading or supervising a team
