- Provide administrative management of a flight of students from the School of Maturity, collaborate in the organization of exam sessions and prepare the promotion ceremony
- Ensure the preparation of the brochure of optional courses and administratively manage the related registrations, as well as manage absences for student leave during university visits
- Prepare all the circulars inherent in school life and print legitimation cards
- Manage spontaneous offers, local rental, duplicates,
- Fixed working days, Tuesdays and Fridays all day and half day on Thursdays.
- The disclosure of judicial history (virgin judicial case) is required to perform the function.
