Main responsibilities
- Comprehensive advice and full support of our customers – on the phone, with know-how and passion
- Successful solution of customer concerns with negotiation skills, trust and a good portion of solution pleasure – including suitable recommendations
- Processing telephone inquiries about delivery dates, billing questions as well as advice on warranty and return cases
- Constant, professional customer support at a high level
- Recording of orders and adjustment of orders, payment methods and customer data in the system Requirements
- 1-2 years: in customer service, call center or retail ideally in consumer electronics, telecommunications or white goods
- Natural, self-confident appearance on the phone and in personal conversation – situational and sovereign
- Flexibility in the assignments and readiness for a continuous training of three weeks in the 100% course;
- Joy at the evening shift (10:00-19:00) is a plus
- Willingness to question “as it has always been done” and propose more efficient or effective solutions
