Their tasks

• Establishment and further development of the software development department, including disciplinary and professional management of the software development team
• Formulation, implementation and communication of the software development strategy (AI driven software engineering)
• Definition and application of modern software technologies, tools and processes (AI embedded software engineering).
• Management and management of external development partners (near-/offshore)
• Responsibility for quality and on-time delivery of all software deliverables along an agile approach
• Development, review and integration of modern software systems and security measures
• Definition of software architectures, interfaces and technical resources
• Ensuring the maintenance, further development and documentation of the software over the entire life cycle
• Analysis and evaluation of software requirements and solution alternatives
• Central contact person for internal and external stakeholders as well as promotion of close cooperation with other specialist areas
