- In the entrance area: Greet customers, ensure they feel welcome and well-informed from the start, and direct them to the right contact person if necessary.
- In Småland: Ensure that children aged 3 to 10 are in good hands.
- At the returns counter: Find quick, simple, and customer-oriented solutions to all problems, based on our internal guidelines.
- In the goods collection area: Check, hand over purchased goods to our customers, and ensure that waiting times are as short as possible.
- At the checkout: Prove every day that service can be both fast and friendly and say goodbye to people in a way that makes them want to come back: with a smile.
