• Advisor & support your clients in the long term: You accompany private customers and businesses in all their insurance matters with a real commitment and propose customized solutions, adapted to each individual need. As a customer advisor, you are here when it is necessary.
• Building lasting relationships: Trust is at the centre of your business – you maintain and develop solid customer relationships based on a service of excellence.

Your profile

• Experience & expertise: You have experience in customer advice or sales – ideally in finance or insurance (AFA certification). People undergoing retraining, motivated and ready to learn quickly, are also welcome.
• Communication Talent: You know how to get people excited and convince them. You stand out for your power of communication and negotiation. As a customer advisor, you can argue confidently and have an excellent level of French.
• Service is your strength: You're passionate about customer work; your sense of service and customer orientation are exemplary.
• Commitment & initiative: With a higher than average motivation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you are ready to accomplish great things and exceed the objectives.
• Regional anchoring: You live in the distribution area, where you track your customers. You have a strong local network and enjoy creating and maintaining new contacts.
