- You ensure compliance with the institutional guidelines within the IT perimeter by working closely with DTN-IA, the Biomedical and Equipment Service, the Real Estate Directorate, the purchasing center, you actively collaborate with suppliers, you manage certain projects in their entirety.
- The IT team manages approximately eighty softwares specific to the department.
- It is to guarantee their installation, their migration, their compliance with the IT security of the HUGs, their proper use by the employees, their potential interfacing with the other softwares of the institution.
- The medical department is 1'300 employees and collaborators with needs for computer equipment (computers, printers, accessories...) and telephony (telephone, subscriptions...).
- You assess the need taking into account the requested eco-nomics.

- You are involved in many continuous improvement projects.
