Located at 1000 meters above sea level, the Country-D-Enhaut Health Centre offers a wide range of hospital services, accommodation, accompaniment for the elderly and home care. For its Home Care Sector, the Country Health Department is looking for a:
Community Health and Care Assistant (CHS) Activity rate 80 - 100%
Entry into office: 1 October 2026 In principle within the home care sector, you will also have to carry out one-off missions within the accommodation and hospital sectors.
Your mission
- Provide basic care and medical-technical care within your competence
- Accompanying clients in daily activities
- Observe client health and provide relevant information to the team
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of care plans
- Promote the autonomy and home care of clients
- Ensure thorough and complete documentation of the services performed
- Actively participate in quality and continuity of care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in client care
Your profile
- Holder of an SWC of Community Health Care Assistant (CHS) or an equivalent title recognized in Switzerland
- Interest in home care and support for people with varied needs
- Autonomy, responsibility and adaptability
- Good relational skills and listening
- Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team
- Organization, reliability and flexibility
- Valid driver's licence and personal vehicle available for service
