We are looking for, for our EMS the tree of life, geriatric service: A Community Health and Care Assistant (CHS) 80% - CSD 6 months
Your missions
- Ensure the care and support of residents during the day and at night (2 to 4 nights per month)
- Organize and provide care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Perform medical and technical care, assist AVQs and support on a daily basis to respond to the resident's care and life project
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Your profile
- Essential CFCs
- EMS experience required
- Very good management of priorities and organization
- Team spirit, sense of communication, ability to work in interdisciplinarity
- Adaptability
- Access with IT tools
- Perfect command of the French language
- EEF training an asset
